Playbrary has taken one thousand classic books in the public domain and used ChatGPT to turn them into choose-your-own-adventure stories.
I think many students who might not ordinarily be interested in reading these books might be intrigued by interacting them in this way.
Another example of using AI to making reading more engaging was released by Google earlier this year – an online version of “Alice In Wonderland” where a reader could click on any sentence and AI would generate an image to illustrate it in the style of several artists.
