All of these are old russia/soviet union. They always work together. No surprise they arent using the USD. Will it really hurt when they do stop using it?

They are hurting themselves more. But they have to follow russias lead. Imagine if ukraine stopped using the usd after all of this, though. That would be a stab in the back.
