If you got to stomach for risk you can try and short and use puts. But most people should try to find value amongst all of the noise. This time might be different US stocks can have a lost decade where the market as a whole doesn’t ever reach this level again. But great companies always survive. Good luck out there I would have the stomach for it, but unfortunately in this period I absolutely have no time to follow the market to try short. As for put, I try to stay away from it.
