Sometimes I feel everything is very routine and I see how my spirit begins to fall, that's when I have to be my own cheerleader and do whatever is in my power to raise my spirits. It could be preparing a delicious meal, watching a movie that I know exactly how it will end, putting on a little makeup, doing a little hair or putting on a wig to see myself from another angle, these are things that may sound silly but it has managed to help me with those. days when I feel a little low.
Remember to treat yourself nice, as if you were your best friend (because you are).☀️
