Finally convinced a good friend of mine to get his Bitcoin off crypto.com after the FTX debacle. Have been telling him to do so for 2 years.

I know it is redundant to hardcore Bitcoiners but we need to keep pushing the self custody message, not just on twitter. Be an advocate in your circle and make it your mission to get your friends and family to get their coins off exchanges.

Coming out of this debacle, we have a real opportunity to finally convince normies that Bitcoin and crypto are not the same.

When I talk to people about Bitcoin I focus on:

If they are interested in anything else beyond the above three I just say "I can't help you".
