There isn't an intentional limit. We try help people not post/comment the same text/title by hitting submit multiple times. This is an edge case we didn't anticipate.

comment is similar but different. Still unable to delete it. I'll try tmrw again

Oh I know, but when we delete it we set the text to deleted by author which is the same as the last comment you deleted. It's not something that's your fault.

yes I did. Ok, so there's a limit on deleting items, 1 each 10min, I did not know about. Thanks
Or with "unintentionally triggered" you mean it should not happen?
