I recently watched this video on NOSTR.
I usually use the Amethyst client, it's very practical, and so far I'm doing well.
Come on! The man in the video looks super happy, and the background music is quite evocative.
Is that true happiness?
I'm just saying how much effort, time, and effort it took to "save" or rather, put all those papers and pieces of metal in that place... and if it took years, how much purchasing power they lost while they were there.
Maybe? You'll be able to buy that new refrigerator, or the television you dreamed of while you were putting in that "PIG"🐽
What you got for your time?
I highly doubt it. My mind has opened up and changed, I'd say a lot, in the last year or so, and I like knowing every day how the economy works and all its side effects!!
And being able to make my partner understand once and for all that the economy has to do with and affects EVERYTHING in our lives!! As long as we remain plebs at the bottom of the chain of command...
Currently, while she's looking at me with a look on her face... and saying to herself, "This guy has already gone CRAZY..."
I explain to her that I've discovered a way to store value and that what I earn for my time and effort is guaranteed...
Devaluation...
It can't be confiscated.
I don't have to ask anyone's permission to spend it.
And I can simply take it with me anywhere in the world, and countless other benefits...
Just yesterday afternoon, I was reading the book.
THE BITCOIN PATTERN by Ammous Saifedean
And with this part of the text, I was referring to my partner's account of how banks operate, the FIAT money scam, and its tricks...
Let's imagine a society's capital stock as bricks, and the central bank as the contractor responsible for building houses with them.
📚 "It takes 10,000 bricks to build one house, and the developer is looking for a contractor who can build 100 houses, requiring a total of 1 million bricks. But, eager to win the contract, a Keynesian contractor realizes that his chances of winning will improve if he submits a bid that allows him to build 120 houses using only 800,000 bricks.
This illustrates what interest rate manipulation is: reducing the supply of capital while simultaneously increasing the demand for it. In reality, the 120 houses will need 1,200,000 bricks, but there are only 800,000 available. These are enough to begin construction of the 120 houses, but not enough to finish them. When construction begins, the developer is delighted to see 20 percent more houses for 80 percent of the cost, thanks to the wonders of Keynesian engineering, which leads him to spend the 20 percent of the costs he has saved on buying a new yacht.
But the ruse can't last, because at some point it will become clear that there is no way to finish the houses and that construction must be halted. Not only will the contractor not have delivered all 120 houses, he won't have delivered any; instead, he will have left the developer with 120 half-built houses, useless piles of bricks without roofs.
The builder's deception has reduced the developer's capital expenditure and resulted in the construction of fewer houses than would have been possible with the right price signals. The developer would have had 100 houses if he had chosen an honest contractor. By choosing a Keynesian contractor who distorted the numbers, the developer has continued to squander his capital while allocating it to a plan without empirical basis. If the developer realizes his mistake early on, the capital wasted in starting construction of 120 houses may be very small, and a new contractor will be able to use the remaining bricks to build 90 houses. If the developer remains ignorant until the capital is exhausted, he will end up owning 120 half-built houses that are worthless, since no one will pay to live in a house without a roof...
It's a great book, I recommend it wholeheartedly.
The more I read, the more I learn, and sharing it with others gives me great satisfaction.
Although I realize it's not easy to understand for those people whose minds are still asleep and who are part of the herd on the way to the SLAUGHTERHOUSE...
I'm still enjoying the EXPERIENCE.
Damn it, I'm in the (Burrow🐇)

By the way, what do the STACKERS say? 🤠 How much is in my friend's 🐷🐽?
