IMO
I don't believe it.
for the following reasons:
  • "Made in the USA." It was always a seal of quality and guarantee to last many years. (All these companies no longer manufacture with that vision) now they do it with a "fast" vision for consumption to be massive and constant.
  • To achieve massive consuming products and constant consumption, they must make them of lower quality so that their life time is less and the consumer must acquire another product very soon. (That need for cheap manufacturing, is what I carry companies outside the US)
  • Taxes and bureaucracy. Within the US, companies must have greater responsibility with their workers in many aspects. which translates into greater expense in the labor mass. Outside the US, companies allow them to manufacture their products with cheap and poor labor, which allows them to obtain greater income and greater flexibility in terms of taxes, regulations and other important aspects.
These are just some possible reasons.
