A fiery blend to support your immune system, reduce inflammation, and keep your body primed for high performance.
Ingredients (makes ~3–4 shots):
100g fresh organic turmeric root (about 3–4 thumb-sized pieces)
100g fresh ginger root (about 3–4 thumb-sized pieces)
½ lemon, squeezed (toss the peel in too)
½ orange, squeezed (peel goes in too for extra flavor)
200 ml sparkling mineral water (not tap)
Pinch of Celtic sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Dash of cinnamon
30 ml raw organic honey (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions:

Peel and chop turmeric and ginger.

Squeeze the citrus, then toss peels into the blender.

Add all other ingredients and blend for 30–60 seconds.

Strain through a mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a mason jar.

Use a spatula to press out every drop.

Chill, shake before each shot, and enjoy!
This batch lasts 3–4 days refrigerated.
