A fiery blend to support your immune system, reduce inflammation, and keep your body primed for high performance.
Ingredients (makes ~3–4 shots):
100g fresh organic turmeric root (about 3–4 thumb-sized pieces)
100g fresh ginger root (about 3–4 thumb-sized pieces)
½ lemon, squeezed (toss the peel in too)
½ orange, squeezed (peel goes in too for extra flavor)
200 ml sparkling mineral water (not tap)
Pinch of Celtic sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Dash of cinnamon
30 ml raw organic honey (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions:
  1. Peel and chop turmeric and ginger.
  2. Squeeze the citrus, then toss peels into the blender.
  3. Add all other ingredients and blend for 30–60 seconds.
  4. Strain through a mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a mason jar.
  5. Use a spatula to press out every drop.
  6. Chill, shake before each shot, and enjoy!
This batch lasts 3–4 days refrigerated.
Double or triple the recipe if you'd like to prep for the week — the sparkling mineral water helps keep it fresh for up to 7 days.
