Had to truncate the title, which is fully “Don’t Put Poison In Your Mouth,” And Other Great Tips From ’80s And ’90s Trading Cards. But yeah, these local team cards combined with health or anti-drug PSAs were apparently everywhere in the '80s, and I only barely remember seeing some of them. Fun trip down kitch-filled memory lane.

Haha this is awesome. Most of my card collecting was done in the early 90s. I must look through my collection and see if I have a useful tips on my cards. Don’t think we had these in Canada.

Searching the database the article links, I found a "Hit the Books" set of cards/bookmarks for the Expos, which of course are also printed in two languages.
And yeah, I remember the card scene in the '90s and the eventual bubble and collapse. Was something to see.
