I'm ashamed to say I'm attracted to the convenience of protein bars and I hate shaker bottles and protein shakes. My favorite to date has been protein bars for Rise - almonds, honey, whey isolate. I've always wanted to like Epic's bars but something about the taste, texture, or packaging turns me off. These might be a suitable alternative.
