Multi-user multi-sig is how self custody should work. A savings account for generational wealth.
But for something as important as multi-sig messages, the messaging needs to be on a more anti-fragile network.
Your matrix account still only lives on one server and your messages are still only sent from one server.
If they replaced Matrix with NOSTR, it would allow you to blast your encrypted multi-sig messages to your trusted contacts on 20 different servers just in case any are down.
Yes, you would lose the forward secrecy of Matrix, but in this use case, redundancy is more important than absolute privacy (which you don’t have anyway with Nunchuk)
