As a young nation, we have always been quick to embrace trends. So, our educational technology division has incorporated AI-enabled features into our nationwide learning management system.
In fact, I’m tasked to present these features during a professional development (PD) session next week:
Just now, I was sharing briefly these features with my co-workers during Staff Contact Time. As a thinly veiled attempt to entice them to sign up for the PD workshop next week. I famously came up with these impassioned lines on the spot: Even if AI can provide feedback on my student’s work, he still needs me to help him make sense of it. Because he doesn’t have a mental representation of what a good informal email should look like.
I mean, I was surprised by my own conviction too!
