I wake up at 5.30am on weekdays.
By right, I should sleep as early as I can, but even when I get to bed at 11pm, I will doomscroll until 11.30pm (which is like the latest I can stay up).
I always regret my decision the next day. 😅🤢
But the vicious cycle perpetuates. On occasional days do I have the necessary will to just go sleep 💤, but I know I should do better.
