I wake up at 5.30am on weekdays.
By right, I should sleep as early as I can, but even when I get to bed at 11pm, I will doomscroll until 11.30pm (which is like the latest I can stay up).
I always regret my decision the next day. 😅🤢
But the vicious cycle perpetuates. On occasional days do I have the necessary will to just go sleep 💤, but I know I should do better.
Keeping late nights and waking very early, that's one habit I'm fighting to eradicate

Such habits are commonly addictions if you derive no economic satisfaction from it and everyone has got that one addiction in one way or the other.

I was having a similar issue and recently started charging my phone in the living room at night—it helped a lot.
