Huawei and China Unicom have launched the 10G broadband service which uses 50G-PON technology. Located in Hebei province, Xiong’an is now home to one of the fastest internet networks in the world, with speeds reaching up to 10 gigabits per second which is way faster than traditional fibre networks.
