The baby was born in a hospital. A cesarean section was planned (since this is our third child, and the other two were born this way...the doctor did not recommend a natural birth).

No, the baby did not receive any injections, only the vaccines that are mandatory for us (jaundice, tuberculosis, rubella). These are mandatory vaccinations for newborns in Romania.
