I wasn't sure about my form. I'll try to pay more attention to it next time I try these short runs that I try to go fast.

The immediate short term goal for me now is to finish Sunday's full marathon in under 4 hours. That "only" requires me to run at an average pace of 5:41/km for 42.2km, haha. Thanks for the sats!

My best time for 1 km was 2.49 minues (2 minutes and 49 seconds) when I was 19 years old... Right now...IDK if I can make it in 4 mnutes :)
