It would be two different transactions.
  1. An lighting transaction to send local balance.
  2. An on chain transaction to close the channel.
Because of the roughly instant transaction time of lightning and the ~10 min block time for on chain, you can not do it at the same time.

Won't the local reserve remain on yoir side in this way (in other words - have you tried this 🤔)?

I have not tried. I am not sure how one could coordinate simultaneous sending a lighting transaction and closing channel on chain at the same time.
