I don't follow the geopolitics in that part of the world as closely as I probably should but I have this recollection that Pakistan somewhat regularly claims this and just about all instances but 1 (2019) that I recall, it was bogus...

...or perhaps they were, and the fact that Pakistan called it out was enough to deter India, but we never knew of it as a deterrence, but rather a false cry for wolf. :)
