I still think a phone is a more practical approach. I really think that in the Myanmar situation. There are much cheaper phones than older Pixels that will run lightning wallets just fine. Don't get me wrong. I like thinking about what can be done with crazy constraints like "no phone" or "no screen".
But this reminds me of (and I forget the name) a company in Africa that allows people to use SMS to send bitcoin and pay for things in bitcoin on feature phones. There is a custodian involved but its interesting.
Yeah, they just sound so awesome. That's actually what got me thinking about this in the first place.
