I’m inclined to agree with your gut feeling. Stevenson seems very shady to me, dishonest and he has some odd backers - a group called ‘Patriotic Millionaires’. He has also been on the BBC a few times which is a major red flag for me.
i watched a couple of Gary's videos. honestly, there is no advice coming from him. everyone talks about the problems, and he is taking it up a notch and constantly saying "it's almost impossible to become rich." pretty hopeless vibes overall: "there goes our life..."
Larken Rose is similar - he outlines the problem, how worshiping politicians and novel policies is not working, but at the end of the argument, no real solutions are presented, other then "quit worshipping politics."
then there is the type of Kyla Scanlon - she talks about all the same problems, but her recommendation is "let's take care of each other and spread good vibes."
sure, people need to use their own brain in order to come up with the working solutions, spend more time with each other, and spread good vibes. however, some REAL ACTION is still required. holistic health and food people are doing a lot better job with their recommendations.
a true freedom medium wud say: quit health insurance, stop getting benefits, reduce ur wants and needs, migrate to a more affordable living situation, sell ur car & house, empty all retirement accounts, convert everything to bitcoin. stop consuming garbage, filter ur air, food, and water, stop using toxic light sources, go touch plants and earth. talk to ur friends, family, co-workers and everyone who will listen.
