yeah teritorial/no tax residency + us llc (or uk llp since its also a pass through entity) is the most common setup for people that are somewhere on the flag theory spectrum as it tends to be the lowest cost option.

trusts are a bit more complicated in civil law countries as they tend to interpret them however they like (never in your favor of course)
