The median investor, often drawn to a stock because it’s in the news, spends just six minutes of research before buying that stock, according to a new study.

And many people need years before buying Bitcoin for the first time. I think the impulse buyers are the ones who invested in any market for shorter periods and their aim is a short term gain, be it stocks or Bitcoin. These kind of people ultimately lose their money and put the blame on someone/something else.

Just a bit curious...

What type of a buyer are you? Impulsive or deep diver?

I usually research and check the trend for a long time before buying, but I have to admit that I have bought on impulse.
Sometimes it went well, sometimes very well, but many times it was a disaster.
