This is a good pod that explains the Apple case and how evil they really were.
  1. Apple was arrogant and did little to lower the 30% fee
  2. They tried to use security and privacy to keep the policy in place but in review of their communications they only discussed the fee never user privacy. The judge saw right through that thus nuked it.
  3. This is what Epic truly wanted. The other cases they lost they didn’t care about.
  4. Devs are chomping at the bit to offer outside payment methods. Even buying books on kindle can return!
