Bayern Munich have won their 34th Bundesliga title, making it 12 wins in the last 13 seasons. They claimed the trophy after Bayer Leverkusen dropped points to Freiburg. It's the first major trophy for Harry Kane, Eric Dier, and Michael Olise, and also the first for manager Vincent Kompany.
