This is right near the entrance to a rest stop on the New Jersey Turnpike. I know it's just a likely over priced bitcoin ATM, but I was surprised to see it. I have had a stressful and hectic few days visiting two very sick friends, so I wasn't even thinking about bitcoin. I just wanted something to drink. This ATM is prominently displayed close to the entrance. I couldn't miss the big orange B, and I hope no one else could either. The turnpike is part of a very busy east coast US interstate highway.
