I’m the kind who doesn’t mind being friends/acquaintances with everyone. If I see someone put in effort, I will usually reciprocate unless he is really detestable

I mean... I'm friendly but maintaining an actual relationship beyond employment requires effort from both people. Rarely happens. I think it all depends on how you define the borders of what a friend is.
