Fiji is going to become the 11th province and I am going to move there.

You know, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands are already part of America. Post statehood, you can freely move to any of those tropical paradises.

Overheard at a conference last month: the real virgin islands aren't part of the US though; the islands that are part of USVI are simply affinity scammers but there's nothing virgin about these (per BVI people)

I'd be interested to learn more about that geography lesson. I'm pretty sure they were all part of some group of "Virgin Islands", though, that got divvied up at some point.
Is it because the vast majority of Virgin Islanders live on the American islands?

USVI was bought from the Danes, whereas BVI was under British control for 400 years or so. They weren't all that divided by the time the US took an interest.
Prior to that, these islands were under alternating Spanish/Dutch/Danish/British claim. But since there were no satellites or underseas cables, the confusion was real. Hah.
There you go with another uncouth remark on @grayruby!!! Doesn't fiji outdo USA in this regard? In fact it does all of the other countries.

America isn't trying to have low interest rates.

That's why Powell is a fool and Trump has been trying to dump him.
