SSB doesn't have many people on it, and I believe the decentralized and peer-to-peer aspect is interesting as you only download posts from who you follow, and they can spread if someone follows that person as well. It basically forms a decentralized micro-blogging platform. However, Tilde Friends, unlike the Manyverse SSB client (even though I prefer it) has apps which you can create and use on the "network." I think SSB will go pretty far if more people join! Try downloading Tilde Friends and look for me!
