Yes I authored and researched on this. In short, the SWIFT financial messaging network (used by incumbent banks and institutions globally) transitions its operation into ISO20022 from SWIFT MT. Certain altcoins, wish to get payment volume from the traditional industry as a way to become something important. Here, we show that bitcoin, lightning and taproot assets can also serve this purpose, if we (bitcoiners) believe we should do it.
