Quangos and NGOs should be outlawed and banned forever. Transferring state powers to these state-funded organizations is criminal and in opposition to written constitutions and the unwritten variety, too. DOGE is catching them red-handed on both sides, the state and the NGO in giving and taking money for behaviors of both that are not lawful and many times flat-out illegal, too.
