My approach is to build better experiences for LN participants. I'm currently working on Swarm, a full overhaul of the UX on starting and running a Bitcoin & Lightning node. https://cyberhornet.network
My general advice would be to find the problems you currently experience and think long and hard about how you could enable people who are completely unfamiliar with LN to avoid that problem.
