How sophisticated do you think the options are at a new LN integrated sportsbook?

I'm just buying future sats at less than 1:1, by covering both possible outcomes at mismatched odds.

I hope you are doing it with cheap call options!
The futures may be too expensive to try to cover all the arbitrages.
Butterflies work nicely. Sometimes strangles are even better.
