The numbers are heartbreaking. The last phrase it's like a sudden reality check. We often ignore that behind every stat is a real person, a life, a family left grieving. It’s a reminder that mental health needs way more attention, funding, and compassion in the U.S and worldwide. We talk way to much about physical health and productivity, but not nearly enough about loneliness, burnout or the quiet struggles people carry. It shouldn’t take a crisis for someone to get help... People must understand that asking for help is not a crime and start asking for help. I love that you shared - raising awareness is the first step to change. Let’s all try to check in on each other a little more often, not only when needed and not even then. <3
