Been so many lazybones reports now that I can't keep up (#981952); almost wrote the wrong number today. Insane.
A mje week, but I've been busy hiking the mountains in this insanely sunny weather we've had.
Also: I've now clearly shifted my bitch allegiance from Undisc to RBD — look at all these ~HealthAndFitness posts! (#987528, #986877, #986126)
Saturday: 85 pushups, in rounds of 10-15-20 throughout the day.
Sunday: Taught yoga in the forest under the glaring sun... and went swimming (well, dipping) in the meltwater river (#983145). Also 65 pushups.
Monday: 30 No idea, day just got away from me.
Tuesday: 30, 3x10. Same.
Wednesday: at least some workouts! One Chris Heria and 109 pushups (bc all-time high!)
Thursday: PIZZA DAY PAUSE! (#986877)... but I walked like 5km and sat out in the sun a lot. Hashtag health
Friday: Gym session, spa with several cold plunges, and 107 pushups (no idea why... guess I suck at math).
Average: 61 daily pushups. (if we ignore rest day we're at 71, so pretty acceptable!)
