Today while reading the daily Bitcoin news on Nostr I came across this image..
The thoughts in my mind, which thanks to the magnificent wisdom of the burrow, are now much more active!
They led me to reflect: Is Bitcoin a kind of religion?
To what extent can Bitcoiners, and I, who am just beginning the journey, appreciate Bitcoin's Superpower* in this way?
I can personally start by saying that my lifestyle habits have completely changed! And that I struggle with my other daily activities (family, selling my products, and going to the gym), etc., etc.
And dedicating at least two hours a day to learning Bitcoin, which I must confess comforts me and makes me feel like I'm making progress, little by little, but I'm doing it!
I can conclude that in my life it's not yet a religion, but my thoughts are increasingly moving toward how to improve my financial and intellectual freedom using Bitcoin.
I imagine many stackers will have a similar appreciation?
And I also know that for many of us here, Bitcoin is their daily work and the livelihood of their families.
Come on! I want to reach that level too!⚡⚡⚡

I think the following:

  • Bitcoin was born to free people from the government's scam.
  • Religions were born to facilitate government control and masses.

That said, I do not consider that Bitcoin is or can be a religion.
And I think that people who make such images or propaganda only try to join Bitcoin (the greatest tool for freedom and transparency given to humans in the last century) with the Christian religion, one of the most oppressive, corrupt and opaque things that have existed in recent centuries. and that offers everything but freedom. So as something used to release (Bitcoin) could team up with something used to oppress and control (the Christian, Catholic, Islamic religion and any other of these monotheists of the last centuries, in the end they are the same shit all together).
I think: "it is not possible to join the water with the oil"
