@Coinsreporter recently expressed their frustration at modern medicine's inability at properly and effectively treating "simple" fungal infections. #989355
It got me thinking about how, on the flip side, a lot of serious health issues can often be prevented or managed with simple hacks. Take a good night sleep for instance, it's linked with obesity, type 2 diabetes, mental health issues etc. (the list is very long)
Another hack I've recently discovered, is nasal breathing, and funny enough, it's like the universe is now conspiring to draw my attention to it. It's following me everywhere, lol
The person on the ad could be me. I have a mouth strip on as I type this, and I am about to turn off the light to sleep.

Mouth breathing is for swimming only!

Lol, yes. On a related note, it's highly encouraged to train oneself to do nasal breathing during physical exercise (on land!)

I guess you'd need a clean shave for this, or otherwise every morning you get a nice wax treatment.

Actually not

Absolutely! I have this BB exercise I call "The Tunnel" that I do from time to time. I've never been able to complete it, the max I was able to do was reaching 18 seconds, (only once, most times 15 seconds)... https://exercisetimer.net/workouts/shared/0s84v7xhsyocgckuil
