Did you manage to get a survivor pool pick in? I am on mobile can’t check right now.
I thought of a fun late pick wrinkle. You can make late picks, but only from teams that have lost all of their games to that point in the week.

What would you say the team has to lose at least the first two? Would that allow you to in theory pick a team that you already had.... say the Cubs lose the first two or San Diego.... if you had already picked them previously would the come from behind allow you to pick them this extra time?

No, that's anathema to the idea of a survivor pool. I'd only allow something like that as a tie-breaker type of thing.
