Keep at it and chip away. I’ve gone more and more single ingredient foods. A bowl of Greek yogurt with fruit and nuts a few chocolate chips :-) much better than ice cream!
I crushed the day! Ran outside in the sun and ate well and did strength training!
Very nice! I usually do better on sunny days.
Also a fan of very short ingredients lists

Nice! I also feel like a bad ass when my neighbors see my running outside every day even in horrible temps and rain!
