Except that I'd have to be factoring in BTC/USD exchange rate changes, if I want to use it for arbitrage.

Yes, they are using Kalshi as provider. The market in on Kalshi, robinhood just displays it on their App.
We are on doing the same with one large wallet provider - should be out by next month or so.
Robinhood has a prediction market now?
