Tried sending to a few cash tags of friends. Worked for everyone, except a friend who lives in NY where lightning isn’t allowed. Shame. Thought I could sneak that one in.

I think maybe the best way confirm if someone cashtag works is by calling this endpoint: https://cash.app/.well-known/lnurlp/<cash_tag> replace <cash_tag> with actual user's $cash_tag
