Google recently warned that quantum computers could break RSA encryption 20x faster than previously expected. It’s not about “if” quantum will arrive — it’s about when.
⚡ Bitcoin runs on elliptic curve cryptography (ECC). Shor’s algorithm, when quantum computers mature enough, could break it. Not today, not tomorrow… but maybe sooner than we think.
So here’s the real question:
  • Is Bitcoin truly antifragile against quantum threats?
  • Will we see a soft fork to upgrade Bitcoin to post-quantum cryptography?
  • Or is this just another round of FUD to scare weak hands?
  • What happens if Q-Day hits faster than expected?
đź’Ą Some say Bitcoin will adapt like always. Others think the community is sleepwalking into this risk.
What do you think? Will Bitcoin need to evolve for the quantum era… or is this all noise?
