I kinda agree with you. I too don't like Soccer that much and after watching NBA games recently, I can say that it's a better game to watch.

However as Soccer brings legs into play than any other sports, I can't see it'll face a challenge to its top rank as team sports.

There are some things I do like about soccer. The international competitions are truly global whereas most other sports are usually dominated by a few nations in international competition. I also like the idea of tiers of competition where certain teams face off at the highest level of tournaments and then there is a tier lower and a tier beneath that.

I do think the biggest international matches say in the World Cup can be very interesting to follow but there are other sports I would much rather watch. Now having sats on the games do make them more interesting to follow but I still don't really watch, I just keep the stream going and listen for anything exciting happening.

It would be great if Cricket was more popular in Canada. I would like to go see a game live.

I too like global status and countries competing against each other. It's not money that should make a game popular but it's the global appeal and reach. Soccer is such a game.

Some games for Canada are already scheduled in King City in mid June https://www.espncricinfo.com/team/canada-17/match-schedule-fixtures-and-results

Wow I didn't know there was a cricket ground in King City. Very rich area. Tons of land. Houses are massive.

I hope it's not much far from you.

There's one more in Toronto which has hosted international games and there are few more that have hosted some national games.

Not too far. About one hour and half hours.

Great! I think there should be no ticket for those games but I'm not sure. Tell me if you plan to attend one of those games, I'll gather some more related.
