A very interesting look at the parallel systems of market priced and "free" gas in Venezuela

Thank you to our OP's and commenters for keeping ~econ interesting.

@bief57 even got a shout out on SNL!

Also, clearly you have a bias against my exciting Bank of Canada posts.

reply

I think they all were featured on SNL, actually.

I can't explain why zaprank doesn't reward Canada bashing. Maybe @ek can explain that.

reply

The people have spoken. They just don't give a crap about Canada even when I am bashing my homeland. Sigh, we are worse than hated, we are irrelevant.

reply

We hate Canada!
Oh, wait... We don't even thiiiiink about Canada!

reply

I don't think anyone, other than a few Canadians, hates Canada.

reply

I like Canada, they have ketchup chips and poutine

reply

Poutine is amazing but I am pretty indifferent about Ketchup chips. I am not really a chip fan in general. If I had to select a non tortilla chip I would go with Dill Pickle.

reply

Are you even Canadian

reply

Sometimes I wonder that myself.

Your contributions are some of the best!

How exciting to be on this list. I feel so happy and grateful that you considered me and read my posts.

Same! I always feel that way

Yeeeeehaaaaw, bitches.
