Energy dips are far the worst enemy in productivity.
It matters more what you do when you feel unmotivated and lethargic than what you do when energised and motivated.
What matters more is building capacity for work.
That means training yourself to be a better worker just as an athlete would train themselves to be a better sportsman
Absolutely agree energy dips are the true test of productivity it's easy to be effective when you're feeling great but it's how you show up when you're drained that really defines your work ethic.
