They don’t even try to hide the effort to make everyone dumb in the meat grinder. It’s an equity of incompetence and stupidity. In my country, I’m not proud to say I went through a 'social promotion' policy — you could be the dumbest in the class and still pass. In my defense, I can say I graduated with great grades and completed both my college and postgrad the same way (which didn’t follow that policy).
