Damn... looks like Paypal nerfed paying for Citicards (and BofA) via debit card using Billpay... they previously nerfed this for Amex cards a couple of months ago.
My extra 0.5% back in BTC via fold card hack is now gone. :'(
I feel like this happened to you before.
Now only useful for tax payments...
