Sugar. Yeah, its an invisible one for most of us. Its also VERY hard to avoid if you aren't preparing your own food. Even then it can be.

With the carnivore diet, the sugar addiction goes away. Also it's easier to avoid, because the one rule (avoid plants) also by default avoids all sugars.

Just a few but they are all! But I object that sugar is an addiction. I'm addicted to sweets but not sugar. Haha.

Of the ones you listed, I think TV and fast food are being consumed less — just a personal observation, I don’t have the numbers to back it up.
