You just create NWC string, can be full access, maybe remove paying invoices permission, and should work?

Alby Hub is exactly that (wallet+node) for desktop. And then you can add extension as the nice interface for your browser

I have t480 and Carbon X1 gen 6 - I'm very satisfied how durable they are, having water spilled, bumps and squeezes while traveling.
Both have some issues with GPU and power management however

Nostrudel on desktop (it should have one click zaps though) Amethyst on phone (would like to see cleaner design) and @Yana Primal on both, but I have love-hate with it @Alby extension to use anything on desktop Oddbean for web2.0

I know it's maybe a bit against the whole idea (?), but did you consider launching the cloud service, where StartOS can be installed on some server, but encrypted so only I would have access?
Many people do not have enough internet connection or are nomads like @benwehrman
