I wanted to build some cool ideas, but I can not find Developer oriented support, I joined the Telegram and was mostly users, asked some coding question and no replies, I know the whitepapers for LN but that is not the kind of documentation I need, I dont know where to find developer-only community for Lightning. :(

is that LN wallet any good?, I been searching for LN Wallet services with HTTPS JSON REST API (not self-hosted but as service), but is hard to find a good one, and Dev Documentation for LN is very scarce (not the LN implementation itself but how to hook up with it like from HTTP).

I still hodl some PAXG too for big bears.

Can I run a Lightning node only?, I think they are light weight...
